Call waiting options on iphone 4s

My phone's call waiting featrure has stopped working. I tried looking under Settings-Phone and there isn't any call waiting listed.

My iPhone 4 call waiting has stopped working, and I can't find a setting under phone for wall waiting. Nothing about it there. I also just noticed that while on a call, the swap button is no longer present.

I have scrolled down a little to hide my phone number which is the first entry on the screen. Strange, because I have the same carrier, Sprint, and I've had this phome for a year and the feature worked fine.

Thanks for trying to help though! Sprint is a CDMA carrier. CDMA phones can't set up Call Forwarding and all those features you see in Ocean20's screen shot from the phone.

Call Sprint and have them check your account to make sure that it's still properly set up. I am also having this issue. Previously, I can't quite remember how long ago, my call waiting function worked perfectly.

While on a call if another came in I would pull away from ear and have the option to select what to do with the incomming call.

Now, when a call comes in while I am speaking with someone else I can only hear the beep. I pull the phone away per usual and have no screen prompt to select call, igonre or so on.

I too powered off my phone and turned it back on and presto, working again. Powering off hasn't worked for me. I had my phone off all night last night and still a call waiting call came in this morning. I heard the beep and nothing on the screen. Nothing in call history after I got off the phone with my current call. Nothing in my settings under phone for "call waiting" and I had this feature every since Ive had a cell phone over 18 yrs and just when I update to iOS 8.

Here is my screen shot. I would check with your carrier maybe they do not offer that feature. Sorry I couldnt fix it for you. By the way it is Star Wars Day today in the USA May the 4th be with you.
