I see no ads I see no visible way it's making money And yet Google bought it Is it only to get people to change to gmail as gmail shares its login with Orkut? Or is something else hatching The main concept behind buying orkut is traffic. Google does have ads on orkut. Please have a look at the communities. They do contain ads.
