Actually, the above people are all wrong. To get approved to sell watches on amazon, you have to request permission from Amazon. Amazon then interrogates you about your source of watches, the UPCs, looks at your past feedback and stuff, and bans people pretty much right away if any red flags go up. There are a couple categories like this on amazon, I know watches and jewelry are two of them, And if its fake Amazons return policy is amazing.

But if you put rolex watch into Amazon's search, 23 categories come up for results. That's how people get around the invitation only categories.

Watches sold by independent merchants operating on the Amazon market-place are really, really, really not going to be fakes, but you never know. If such a watch did turn out to be fake I am sure Amazon would be diligent in preserving your rights and their reputation.
